Donald Anderson, Jr., is the founder and CEO of Rx Operating Solutions. Don's specialty is working with owners who are feeling the strain of margin pressure and limited cash flow. He assists these owners using knowledge gained through operating his father's independent pharmacy and through years of experience with CVS.

Don received his Doctorate of Pharmacy degree from Samford University. He went on to complete a Master of Business Administration degree through Mississippi State University.

Don currently resides in Florence, Alabama, with his wife and three daughters. He loves spending time outdoors and fly fishing.
